The iPad has paved the way for adoption of tablets within the enterprise. It’s most popular among consumers, but other devices and operating systems are gaining traction within the “work” setting. We’ve done an analysis to understand how companies are using tablets to empower their workforce, increase efficiency, collaboration and innovation. We wanted to see what apps were most popular, what verticals were getting the most use, and the differences between consumer and business users. The result, “The State of Tablet Adoption at Work” a nifty infographic illustrating the explosion seen in the tablet market, stats on enterprise adoption, and a picture of how they are being used today and predictions for the future.
