Qualcomm, Microsoft Partner on Windows on ARM Developer Program: MWC
Mobile technologies specialist Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) announced that its Snapdragon processor will be joining Microsoft’s Windows on ARM developer seeding program.
